Chocolate and cherry mousse with vanilla bean ice cream and a coconut tuille

Four scoops of house made ice cream

Toasted meringue on warm banana with passionfruit syrup and orange mascapone

For groups of up to 30 guests a choice would be offered, numbers exceeding this would need to have a set menu with an alternate drop.
